1. General Terms

By placing an order with Socialngine, you automatically accept all the terms of service listed below, whether you read them or not. We reserve the right to change these terms without notice. You are expected to read all terms before placing every order to ensure you are up to date with any changes.

2. Service Disclaimer

  • Socialngine is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, or any social media platform in any way.

  • We do not guarantee a 100% continuous uptime or that these services will work forever.

  • No Spoilers: We are not responsible for any account being banned or pictures being deleted by social media platforms. You use our services at your own risk.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Deposit Loading: When you deposit funds into your Socialngine wallet (via Korapay or other methods), the money belongs to your site balance.

  • No Cash Refunds: Once a deposit is completed, it is not refundable to your bank account. You must use the balance for orders on the site.

  • Failed Orders: If an order fails, the amount will be automatically credited back to your Socialngine account balance.

  • Fraud: Any fraudulent activity, such as using unauthorized cards, will result in the immediate termination of your account.

4. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery times are estimates. We do not offer refunds for late orders unless the order becomes "Canceled" by the system.

  • You agree that you will not change your username or set your profile to "Private" while an order is in progress. Doing so will result in a lost order with no refund.

  • Financial Data: We do not store your card details. All payments are processed via Korapay, which is PCI-DSS compliant.

In accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA), we process your data based on:

  • Contractual Necessity: To manage your account and fulfill your orders.

  • Legitimate Interest: To improve our SMM engine and protect against fraud.

  • Consent: When you choose to "Sign in with Google," you authorize us to access your basic profile information.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We only share data with essential partners:

  • Google: For authentication services.

  • Korapay: To process your Naira deposits securely.

  • SMM Providers: Only the necessary link/order info is sent to our providers to fulfill your request. We never share your personal identity with them.

4. Your Rights (NDPA Compliance)

As a user in Nigeria, you have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the data we hold about you.

  • Request that we delete your account and all associated data.

  • Withdraw your consent for Google Auth at any time.
